Our confidential Domestic and Sexual Violence counselling service has been developed to meet the current and emerging needs of our diverse communities impacted by domestic and sexual violence. We work with victims who have experienced: emotional abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse and physical abuse.
C P Counselling & Consulting Ltd works closely with our partners to monitor the impact of all interventions, with the aim of reducing risk, increasing safety whilst simultaneously providing an effective client led person centred counselling service.
Domestic Violence Counselling can help clients:
- Make sense of what has happened to them in a safe and trusting environment
- Increase their self esteem and self confidence
- Break the silence to talk about what has happened to them with a counsellor specifically trained in domestic and sexual violence
- Recover from the emotional and psychological impacts of domestic and sexual violence
- Trust again and feel confident in all their relationships
We also provide telephone counselling.
