Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling is quite simply counselling via telephone; it can be the only form the counselling takes or can be in conjunction with face to face sessions. We will take the same professional approach we take with our face-to-face clients.
Telephone counselling
• Gives clients a greater sense of anonymity
• Eliminates the need for clients to make childcare/ transport arrangements
• Usually takes place in the comfort of a clients home
• Has no geographical boundaries
• Is easier for clients with daytime commitments such as work, study or childcare
• Takes place mostly during the evenings

We have counselled many clients, via telephone and have seen great results.
We will initially assess the suitability of each client for telephone counselling.
