Our Aim
The aim of C P Counselling and Consulting Ltd is to promote personal development, emotional health and well-being through inclusive and accessible services for businesses and organisations.
We recognise that our clients have different needs, we have a number of services which we can tailor to your business or organisational needs:
Stress Management, Domestic and Sexual Violence Therapy Service, Creative Therapies, Personal Development, Supervision and Groups.
We are committed to continuing professional development and operate to standards approved by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Association for Coaching, The Stress Management Society and Lapidus. We adhere to their respective ethical codes. Lapidus is the U.K. organisation for writing and reading for health and wellbeing. Lapidus works from the principle that words used creatively can be a powerful tool for health and personal, community and world development.
